The first step to manufacturing your timber building is visiting the site where the building is to be erected. Following this, Andrew Wood Constructions prepares sketched plans to ensure that your timber building will work.

Tight access, unaccommodating geography and listed buildings are just some of the issues we take in our stride, these factors combined with the locality of your prospective timber building in relation to its surroundings, are all elements that we consider during the design process.

Andrew Wood Constructions can tackle all of your design and building criteria with the minimum of fuss leaving you with a beautiful building which will meet or exceed your expectations.

With detailed plans, it is possible to grasp how your timber building will look when work is complete.

All measurements are checked with features specified to ensure that there will be no technical issues once work begins.

With careful planning and detailed sketches, we can ensure that when work begins on your project, we will cause the minimum of disruption.

The plans take into account the local surroundings, any design ideas you may specify and other issues such as access. An all important part of the design phase is establishing your fixtures, fittings and the finish you would like on your timber building such as the type of tile required.

Once the plans have been approved, work starts. The timbers are cut to fit your building as required, some standard sizes may be used although non-standard lengths of materials are common place when manufacturing a bespoke timber building.

Your timber building from design to completion - Phase 2

Following the detailed plans, we manufacture the design elements in our workshops.

The individual sections are transported to your site and carefully assembled in place.

As this picture illustrates, it is possible to see that with the minimum of fuss, your timber building comes to life.

We work efficiently with as little disruption to you as possible. When our work is complete, you will be left with a beautiful timber building and a tidy site.

The final product speaks for itself. With lovely detail and finishing, this timber building is not only unique looking but is has become the center piece for the garden.

All colour schemes, electricity fittings and fixtures, window sizes, door sizes and finishing styles can be accommodated.
